Basic Configuration
Adjust Rephlo to fit your personal preferences. All settings are accessible via Right-Click Tray Icon > Settings or the Gear Icon on the Dashboard.
Settings Tab Overview
Rephlo's Settings panel is organized into 10 tabs:

General Settings
- Launch on Startup: Toggle this On if you want Rephlo ready every time you turn on your computer.
- Theme: Choose between Light, Dark, or System Default.
- Tray Notification: Decide if you want a pop-up notification when a background task finishes.
Hotkeys
Global Hotkeys allow you to trigger Rephlo from anywhere.
- Context Menu (Command Overlay): Default is
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C. Opens the command menu with your selected text. - Screenshot Capture: Default is
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S. Captures a screen region for Vision commands.
Note: These modifiers are specifically chosen to avoid conflicts with common system shortcuts.

Privacy
- History Retention: Choose how long to keep logs.
- Forever, 30 Days, 7 Days, or Don't Save History.
- Telemetry: Opt-in/out of sending anonymous crash reports to the developers.

Updates
- Auto-Check: Rephlo can automatically check for new versions on startup.
- Channel: Switch between Stable (recommended) and Beta (for new features, potentially less stable).
License Tab
View and manage your Rephlo license:
- License Status: Shows whether you have a valid license (Free Trial, Personal, Professional)
- Activation: Enter license key to activate premium features
- Expiration: View license expiration date and renewal options
- Machine ID: Unique identifier for license validation
Billing Tab
Manage subscription and payment settings:
- Current Plan: View your active subscription tier
- Payment Method: Update credit card or payment information
- Invoices: Access billing history and download invoices
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your subscription plan

Account Tab
Manage your user account:
- Profile: Update display name and preferences
- Email: View or change account email
- Password: Change account password
- Sign Out: Log out of your Rephlo account
Environment Tab
System paths and data directories:
- Data Directory: Location where Rephlo stores databases and settings
- Default:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Rephlo
- Default:
- Log Directory: Where debug logs are written
- Cache Location: Temporary file storage
- Open Data Folder: Quick access to your Rephlo data directory
About Tab
Application information:
- Version: Current Rephlo version number
- Build Date: When this version was compiled
- Credits: Acknowledgments and third-party licenses
- Support: Links to documentation, community, and support channels
- Check for Updates: Manual update check button
