Scenario
You have quickly jotted down some bullet points for a client email, but it's too informal to send. You want Rephlo to rewrite it.
Step 1: Draft the Content
Open your email client or a text editor and type:
"Hey client, saw your request. Can't do Tuesday. How about Wed? Also need the files by tomorrow if possible. Thanks."
Step 2: Select & Trigger
- Highlight the text.
- Press your Hotkey (
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C).
Step 3: Run "Professional Rewrite"
- In the Command Runner, type "Prof" to find the "Make Professional" command (or create one with the prompt: "Rewrite this to be professional and polite").
- Hit Enter.
Step 4: Review Result
Rephlo might output:
"Dear Client,
Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, I am unavailable on Tuesday. Would Wednesday work for you instead?
Additionally, could you please send the necessary files by tomorrow so I can review them?
Best regards,"
Step 5: Insert
Click the Insert button (or copy/paste) to replace your rough notes with the polished version.
Pro Tip
Create multiple tone-specific commands like "Make Friendly", "Make Formal", or "Make Legal". Use Command Groups to organize them under a "Tone Shift" category for quick access to different tones on the fly.
