What is the AI Command Builder?
Instead of manually crafting command instructions, you can have a conversation with the AI:

Step 1: Describe Your Goal
- Open Dashboard > Commands > "New with AI" (magic wand icon).
- Describe what you want the command to do:
- "I need to summarize legal contracts into simple language."
- "Help me fix my code and explain what was wrong."
- "Translate marketing content while keeping it catchy."
Step 2: Review the Suggestion
The AI will generate a command card showing:
- A suggested Name for your command.
- A brief Description of what the command does.
- The full Instruction (combined persona and task instructions).
- A recommended Execution Mode (Standalone or Combination).
- A Confidence Score indicating how well the AI understood your intent.
Step 3: Refine Through Conversation
Not perfect? Keep chatting:
- "Make it shorter/longer."
- "Focus more on [specific aspect]."
- "Add instructions to handle [edge case]."
- "Change the tone to be more [formal/casual]."
Step 4: Create or Save as Draft
When the command card appears, you have two options:
Option A: Create the Command
- Review the Confidence Score (higher is better).
- Click "Create Command" to add it to your library.
- The command is immediately available in your Commands list.
Option B: Save as Draft
- Click "Save as Draft" if you want to continue working on it later.
- The draft is preserved even if you close Rephlo.
- When you return to AI Builder, you will be prompted to resume your draft.

Tip: After creating the command, you can edit it to assign a Group or mark as Favorite from the Commands list.
Confidence Scoring
The AI Builder displays a confidence score indicating how well it understands your intent:

| 50-69% | Moderate - consider adding more detail to your description |
| Below 50% | Low confidence - try rephrasing or providing examples |
Tip: If the confidence score is low, try providing example inputs/outputs or being more specific about the desired outcome.
Context Modes
The AI Builder can suggest different command structures based on your use case:

- Access to a knowledge base (Space)
- Multiple processing steps

Creating a Customer Support Command

Tips for Better Results
- Be Specific: "Make emails sound professional" → "Make emails sound confident but approachable, suitable for a tech startup culture."
- Give Examples: "Like how [person/brand] writes."
- Mention Edge Cases: "But don't change technical terms."
- State Anti-Goals: "Don't make it too long" or "Avoid sounding like a robot."
Draft Persistence
The AI Builder automatically preserves your work-in-progress, so you never lose a command you are developing.

What Gets Saved
When you save a draft, Rephlo preserves:
- The generated command name
- The generated description
- The complete instruction text
- The suggested execution mode
- The confidence score
- Your conversation history with the AI
Resuming a Draft
When you open the AI Builder with an existing draft:
- A prompt appears asking if you want to resume or start fresh
- Click "Resume" to continue where you left off
- Click "Discard" to clear the draft and start a new command
- Your previous conversation and generated command are restored
Managing Drafts
- Only one draft can exist at a time
- Creating a new draft replaces any existing draft
- Creating a command from a draft automatically clears the draft
- Drafts persist until you create the command or explicitly discard them
Tip: Use the draft feature when you are experimenting with complex prompts or want to refine a command over multiple sessions.
