Command Groups

As your command library grows, finding the right command can become overwhelming. Command Groups let you organize commands into logical categories for quick access.

What are Command Groups?

Command Groups are folders or categories for your commands:

  1. Faster Navigation: Jump directly to related commands.
  2. Reduced Clutter: Hide rarely-used commands in groups.
  3. Logical Organization: Keep work, personal, and project-specific commands separate.
  4. Team Sharing: Organize commands by role or workflow (future feature).

Quick Access in Context Menu

When you trigger Rephlo via hotkey, groups appear as submenus:

┌───────────────────────────┐
│ Select Command │
│ │
│ ⭐ Summarize │
│ ⭐ Fix Grammar │
│ ─────────────── │
│ 📁 Writing ▶ │
│ 📁 Coding ▶ │
│ 📁 Translation ▶ │

│ 🔍 Search... │
└───────────────────────────┘

Hover over a group to see its commands without extra clicks.

Tips for Effective Grouping

  1. Keep Groups Small: 5-10 commands per group is ideal.
  2. Use Clear Names: "Email" is better than "Misc Writing Stuff".
  3. Favorites for Daily Drivers: Don't over-group your most-used commands.
  4. Archive Old Commands: Instead of deleting, move to an "Archive" group.
