Credit Packs & Gifts

Credit packs are one-time purchases of extra credits — handy when you've had a busy month and don't want to upgrade your whole plan. You can buy a pack for yourself, or gift one to a friend or teammate by email. Packs are separate from your subscription: they top up your balance without changing your plan.

What a credit pack is​

  • A one-time purchase of additional credits added to your balance.
  • Separate from your subscription — buying a pack doesn't change your monthly plan, allowance, or rate limits.
  • Valid for 365 days from the purchase date. Use them within the year.

The pack options shown to you depend on your current plan. Different plans have their own pack sizes.

Who can buy packs​

Credit packs are available on Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, Elite, Team, and perpetual-license plans. They are not available on:

  • Free — upgrade to a paid plan to unlock packs.
  • Team BYOK and Enterprise — these use bring-your-own-keys or contract billing, so top-up packs don't apply.

Buying a pack for yourself​

  1. Go to your Subscription page and open the credit packs section.
  2. Pick the pack you want.
  3. Complete the secure Stripe Checkout.
  4. Once payment confirms, the credits are added to your balance automatically.

Gifting a credit pack​

You can buy a pack as a gift for someone else:

  1. Select a pack and choose the gift option.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address and pay through Stripe Checkout.
  3. The recipient receives an email with a claim link.
  4. When they click it and claim the pack, the credits land in their account.

The recipient must already have a Rephlo account — gifts can only be sent to an email address that's registered with Rephlo, so make sure you use the address they sign in with. The credits aren't applied until they claim, so a gift waiting to be claimed won't be charged to anyone's balance early.

Purchase history​

Your purchase history lists every pack you've bought, including:

  • The date of purchase.
  • The pack amount (credits).
  • The expiration date (365 days out).
  • For gifts, the recipient's email.

This makes it easy to track what you've bought and when packs will expire.

Tips​

  • Buy a pack when you only need a short-term boost; upgrade your plan instead if you regularly run out — a higher plan gives more monthly credits and faster limits.
  • Credits from packs sit alongside your monthly allowance; both are spent as you run AI commands.
