Content Policy

This page summarizes what's allowed when generating images with Rephlo. See Image Generation for how the feature works.

Prohibited outputs

The following outputs are prohibited:

  • NSFW / sexually explicit content — including content involving minors, which is prohibited without exception.
  • Non-consensual likeness — generating a real person's likeness without their consent.
  • Face-swap / deepfake misuse — using a real person's face or identity to mislead, defame, or impersonate.
  • Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Hateful or violent content — content that promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.

Prompts that request these outputs will be blocked before an image is generated.

What happens if a prompt is blocked

If a prompt is blocked by content moderation, you'll see an error message asking you to rewrite your prompt. Rephrase or remove the disallowed content and try again. See Troubleshooting: Image Generation Issues for details on this and related errors.

Authoritative policy

This page is a plain-language summary. The complete, authoritative policy is the Acceptable Use section of the Rephlo Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.
