Hướng dẫn: Thiết lập lệnh Template cho ChatGPT và Claude

Vì sao nên dùng lệnh Template?​

Bạn có thấy mình cứ phải gõ đi gõ lại cùng một system prompt vào ChatGPT hay Claude không? Lệnh Template giúp bạn:

  • Lưu trữ các prompt yêu thích của bạn ở một nơi ngăn nắp
  • Truy cập chúng chỉ bằng một lần nhấn phím tắt
  • Không bao giờ phải gõ lại hay tìm kiếm "prompt hoàn hảo" đó nữa

Phần 1: Tạo lệnh Template đầu tiên của bạn​

Tình huống​

Bạn thường xuyên dùng ChatGPT để review code. Mỗi lần như vậy, bạn phải gõ một system prompt dài mô tả cách bạn muốn AI review code. Hãy lưu prompt đó thành một lệnh Template.

Bước 1: Mở trình soạn lệnh​

  1. Mở Dashboard của Rephlo
  2. Vào mục Commands
  3. Nhấp "+ New Command"

Bước 2: Nhập thông tin cơ bản​

Điền vào các trường:

  • Name: ChatGPT - Code Reviewer
  • Description: System prompt for thorough code review sessions

Bước 3: Viết prompt của bạn​

Trong trường Instruction, nhập toàn bộ prompt của bạn:

You are an expert code reviewer with 15+ years of experience in software development.

When I share code with you, please:

1. UNDERSTAND: First explain what the code does in 2-3 sentences
2. ISSUES: List any bugs, logic errors, or potential runtime problems
3. SECURITY: Flag any security vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, etc.)
4. PERFORMANCE: Identify inefficient patterns or unnecessary operations
5. READABILITY: Suggest naming improvements and code organization
6. BEST PRACTICES: Note violations of common coding standards
7. REFACTOR: Provide an improved version with your changes highlighted

Format your response with clear headers for each section. Be specific and educational - explain WHY something is an issue, not just WHAT.

If the code looks good, say so! Not every review needs criticism.

Bước 4: Đặt Mode thành Template​

  1. Trong mục Settings, tìm tùy chọn Mode
  2. Chọn Template
  3. Lưu ý dòng ghi chú: "Template commands cannot be executed in Rephlo"

Bước 5: Lưu​

Nhấp Save. Lệnh Template của bạn giờ đã xuất hiện trong danh sách Commands với nhãn "Template".

Phần 2: Sử dụng lệnh Template của bạn​

Cách 1: Từ Dashboard​

  1. Vào Dashboard > Commands
  2. Tìm "ChatGPT - Code Reviewer" (chú ý nhãn Template)
  3. Nhấp vào thẻ lệnh
  4. Nhấp "Copy Instruction"
  5. Mở ChatGPT và dán bằng Ctrl+V

Cách 2: Từ menu ngữ cảnh (Nhanh hơn!)​

  1. Nhấn phím tắt của bạn (mặc định là Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C)
  2. Gõ "Chat" để lọc ra các lệnh ChatGPT của bạn
  3. Nhấp "ChatGPT - Code Reviewer"
  4. Chỉ dẫn sẽ được tự động sao chép
  5. Chuyển sang ChatGPT và dán

Phần 3: Tạo một Template cho Claude​

Hãy tạo thêm một lệnh Template khác, lần này dành cho Claude.

Bước 1: Tạo một lệnh mới​

  1. Nhấp "+ New Command"
  2. Điền vào:
    • Name: Claude - Technical Writer
    • Description: For documentation and technical content

Bước 2: Nhập prompt dành riêng cho Claude​

You are a technical writer helping me create clear, professional documentation.

Your writing style:
- Use active voice ("The function returns..." not "The value is returned by...")
- Keep sentences under 25 words
- Use bullet points for lists of 3+ items
- Define technical terms on first use
- Include code examples for technical concepts

Your process:
1. Ask clarifying questions if the requirements are unclear
2. Create an outline before writing long documents
3. Use consistent terminology throughout
4. Add section headers for documents over 300 words

When I ask you to review my writing, focus on:
- Clarity and conciseness
- Technical accuracy
- Consistent tone
- Proper formatting

Respond in a professional but friendly tone. Avoid jargon unless writing for a technical audience.

Bước 3: Đặt Mode và Lưu​

  1. Đặt Mode thành Template
  2. Nhấp Save

Phần 4: Sắp xếp các Template của bạn​

Khi bạn tạo thêm nhiều lệnh Template, việc sắp xếp trở nên quan trọng.

Tạo một nhóm Template​

  1. Trong màn hình Commands, nhấp New Group
  2. Đặt tên là "External Prompts" hoặc "Templates"
  3. Kéo các lệnh Template của bạn vào nhóm này

Quy ước đặt tên​

Dùng một mẫu đặt tên nhất quán:
